1. The moment Daniel started praying, God sent the angel Gabriel to go and relay His vision of the seventy weeks and to remind Daniel that he is greatly loved by God. How does knowing that God who loves us can be waiting on us to pray before He acts change the way you view prayer?
2. Of the three major views of Daniel 9:24-27, which do you hold to and why? Regardless of which view you hold, how does knowing that God controls the rise and fall of kings and kingdoms give you comfort?
3. How do you feel knowing that God is not only sovereign over kings and kingdoms, but also over you and your world?
